We currently ship to select pin codes across India. To confirm delivery availability, please enter your pin code at checkout.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

  • Service areas and delivery availability are subject to change at our discretion.

5. Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via reliable courier partners. You may receive a call from the delivery agent on the contact number provided at checkout.
We also offer a self-pickup option from our Jaipur location, subject to availability.

6. Handling Time

  • Orders placed before 5 PM (Monday–Saturday) are processed the next working day.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be considered as next-day orders.

  • We do not dispatch on Sundays or government holidays.

  • Handling time may vary for customized products.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are not included in the product price.

  • A flat fee of ₹500 applies to deliveries within Jaipur and surrounding areas.

  • Charges for other regions may vary and will be shown at checkout.

  • Store pickup is free of charge.

Pickup Guidelines:

  • Orders are usually ready within 2 hours, available for pickup between 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM on working days.

  • You will be notified once your order is ready. Please bring a valid photo ID and order confirmation.

  • Orders not picked up within 24 hours may be canceled or reassigned.

8. Shipment Timelines

Delivery times depend on location and service availability. Estimated timelines will be provided at checkout based on your pin code.

9. Packaging & Transit

Products are packed securely and handled with care to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to incomplete or incorrect delivery details.

  • If an item is unavailable, delayed, or out of stock, we’ll notify you promptly with alternate options or offer a full refund.

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once shipped.

  • Rescheduling or redelivery may incur additional charges.

  • In case of natural calamities, lockdowns, or government restrictions, delivery may be delayed.

Damaged or Missing Items:
If you receive a damaged product or if any item is missing, please contact us with an unboxing video showing the full package and issue.
